Positives:
Location great for this visit--walking distance to Sofi stadium. Check in was easy. Parking is available and free. Clean inside. The room was very large, the bathroom was as big as the bedroom.
Negatives:
The bed was hard, in my opinion. The neighborhood is bit dodgy, but not the fault of the hotel. Abandoned buildings and vacant lots, trash along the street and on the nearby properties. Neglect really shows by property owners (if there are any) and the city. Poor water pressure in the shower.

Perfect for overnight if attending...
Positives:
It was the "best hotel" walking distance to the Sofi stadium. Not the fanciest hotels, however it was conveniently the best one to walk to to Sofi stadium.
Negatives:
One room smelled like smoked, and when we walked back from out event we could not use the elevator because there was a homeless person who was writing and hitting the elevator. It was frightening at the time because my room key stop working, and I had my toddler in a stroller and needed to go back to to lobby to reactive it.
