Cleanliness, overall condition. For the price that is charged, the rooms are not well maintained. Shower had a constant drip that was loud. Constant loud rumbling heard from room. Was not able to sleep peacefully due to the dripping and loud rumbling. Room had cracks on ceiling. Door was cracked and chipped in bathroom, Was not up to expectations of a Hilton total. I have videos that I took to submit.
