Negatives:
Service was rough. I chose to stay here after a surgery I had. The guy up front stared at me for more than 5 minutes while my Daughter checked me in. I could barely stand after the surgery snd when we got to the room there was no room key. My Daughter had to leave me there while she ran back to the front desk again. Our hot water knob in the bathroom did not work and the bathroom had a bad smell.
We asked the front desk later that night for a dinner menu which we never got. We eventually called the restaurant and ordered a pizza which was not completely cooked. Our experience was not a pleasant one.

There was items in my room that didnt belong to be at check in that I had to take to the front desk and the toilet didnt flush in our room. They fixed it and later it had trouble flushing again and we only went pee. Also there was a basketball team that stayed on our floor down the entire hallway and they were very loud and dribbled balls on their floors in their room and it was a disturbance.
Breakfast also should be served before 7:00 am. I paid extra to eat breakfast but I didnt even get to eat because we had to be at our event at 7:15 am and it was a 5 mile drive. I basically wasted $45 on 2 buffets.
