the pullout couch was pretty uncomfortable, and one elevator not working so that involved a bit of extra waiting as the crowds would get large.

Highly recommended! A great stay at a great hotel with superb staff. There had been a major flood in the hotel that was being cleaned up quietly and efficiently. All corridor carpets were being dried with dehumidifiers much in evidence. Not a problem! We had a splendid room with every faciity and very clean. Really comfortable bed. Beautiful shower room. Lovely crisp and clean towels. Really good quality of coffee in the room.
A family sized microwave is not normally found in Hotels in the UK. We did not use it however what a splendid idea.
We cannot praise the staff enough. A great front desk team - welcoming, efficient, friendly, helpful and ultra-professional. The room cleaning team were very equally friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfasts. A massive thank-you to all!

Anyone finding any fault with this Hotel would be somone very, very hard to please. We travel the World at quality Hotels and this stay was one of the best.

EVERYTHING!! It was an absolute beautiful hotel! Very well kept and a wonderful location right by the John Wayne Airport! (Easy when traveling with 4 kiddos!)
Staff was super attentive to our needs given at ANY time..the rooms were SPOTLESS! An amazing experience for sure!

I did not get a chance to experience anything due to the hotel only taking physical payments. When any other 3-Star and above hotel has accepted card payments. I had to make another booking for somewhere else that accepts Apple pay/Google pay.
