Positives: Great location and easy to check in and parking close by. The bed was comfortable and good pillows . Noise level very minimal and nice shower.

Negatives: Your facility could be the Taj Mahal, but if your cancellation policies are inflexible, you are not taking care of your customer. Why not charge a reasonable fee for a cancellation, like $50 or 25% of the room rate. Forcing people to pay the entire room rate should be illegal. Travelers need flexibility. Period.
