Location of venue and convenience of having the competition at the hotel. The pool was heated! :-) there was a restaurant on the grounds.

It is absolutely gorgeous, it always feels welcoming and the rooms are incredible. Plus the speakeasy is very cool and the food at their restaurant is also very good.
Negatives:
Unfortunately the pool in under construction so my view from my room was of construction but Im not upset about it. Also I got a random charge on my card and they could not tell me what it was.
Positives:
I was charged for the entire stay twice which cause to hold funds and it was Easter and had no funds tit ale my Bruce to Disneyland because of the error on their part as bank held funds for two business days and this was done on Friday before Easter. Horrible experience. Ruined my holiday with my family.
