Positives:
The manager Luis and his team (Bree, Arturo and Frank) were absolutely exemplary in every regard. Unfortunately, our stay is not for recreation as our rental home flooded which has been a major stressor. Through it all, the immense kindness and professionalism we experienced has been second to none. Prior to my daughter's birth I was a Starwood Club member, so I've seen firsthand what that level of white glove service is like, and LaQuinta exceeded my expectations; making an already stressful, arduous situation for our family a little easier. Truly, a little kindness can change a person's world and the Irvine staff certainly lead by example with Luis at the helm.

I let the front desk know when we checked out that something was biting us the previous night. We are not sure what it was but we let him know it was a small bug, flea like.

The location was great and coinvent. The pool was clean, and the kids liked it. I see that the police drove by to make sure the cars was safe and not stolen.
Negatives:
The beds were old and worn, the elevator smelled like toxic chemicals, and the breakfast was not healthy, only fruit. I can not understand a hotel like this in Irvine.

The staff (especially the manager Louis and Bree) exceeded all expectations. They were incredibly accommodating to my 11 year old daughter who is quite shy. There are no words to truly express my appreciation to Louis and Bree; every interaction with them was just that outstanding.
