Positives:
Great happy hour and breakfast. The facility is very clean throughout.
Negatives:
I stay here frequently for business and its always very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, on my last visit, they placed me in a disability room which was exceptionally well designed for someone with special needs, but horrifically uncomfortable and difficult for a tall person without special needs. I was literally sitting on the floor in order to use the microwave. I had to hang my suits from the shower to keep them off the floor. And they charged me a higher rate. When I spoke with the front desk, I was told repeatedly I was in a standard room. Not what I have come to expect from IHG.

Positives:
I like the suite aspect.
Negatives:
Very heavy/noisy doors. You can always hear doors slamming closed. Very loud. $20 a night for parking is annoying. They will not clean your room, or even replace towels unless you stay for 7 days. you can pick up towels at front desk. The food isn't good.
