Room wasn’t thoroughly clean. Side table was dirty. Carpet felt grungy. Worms in room. Food in bar/lounge was awful. Ordered a French Dip sandwich (recommended by bartender). Came out cold, stale bread and cold au jus. Sent back and came out worse. Asked manager to take it off our bill, she wasn’t happy about it.

Positives:
I’ve visited this property many many times and stayed here many many times , lately the only thing I like is the lobby , since it smells nice and it’s clean and the landscaping.
Negatives:
The rooms are poorly maintained and deteriorating ….The pools were cloudy which means not enough chlorine was in them and they are all in desperate need of re-plastering . The jacuzzi has black algae it was disgusting! The room smelled like dirt when the air conditioner was turned on and the bathroom doors were sticky ! When this was bought up to the front desk , it was just brushed off and to top it off we were fed back with “we hope you stay with us again .” Yeah , likely not going to happen ! For a high standard costly hotel we expected a lot more.

I really enjoyed that the hotel had so many pools, especially because I visited during a holiday weekend with high temps.
Negatives:
The property seems too large for the staff to manage. There was only 1 bartender at the main pool, I saw a child run out of the pool with poop in his trunks (if staff watched closely they would know), and there was no food service around the pool area.
