I reserved a 2 bedroom suite with balcony and we walked in and it was absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! NONE of the photos online look like the room!!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK THIS "HOTEL"! it's nothing but a dirty run down old apt building!!

Wi-Fi didnt work and needed customer assistance to come to the room. The in room heater broken and needed to bring a small table replacement that blue a fuse . Told the staff to make note of these issues .

The paper thin walls. The high resort fees and mandatory valet parking. However, the worst part of all was that the hotel had a rat problem. One became trapped in the bathroom exhaust vent!!! Made for a nightmarish night!

Hotel employee was friendly, attentive, and help ful during check in and check out. Her smile brightned our day. The balcony on the ocean front was breathtaking. The hotel is in a great location.

The hotel charges $45.00 parking on top of a resort fee. Rooms are some what dated. The location and Ocean Front is very nice.

Heater didnt work, it was cold, tv was to small, carpet very used and the bed didnt have a blanket. I found a very thin blanket which I discovered in a closet. Plus the valet parking of $45ea day. Along with extra added charges I wasnt aware of.
