Staff professional and friendly, location quite and accessible, cafe prices very reasonable, staff very attentive, food was very good.
Negatives:
I expected an IHG hotel, with the price per night we paid to look like a quality hotel. The carpeting in the place shredding, rinkeled down the hallways and even in the room, this made one think of the motel, where the light is left on. Sorry, truth!
Positives:
The freeway noise is loud on one side so they were kind to move me. The lounge and cafe were nice and all the staff were really kind.

Close to the freeway, easy access on and off. Clean room and roomy.

The refrigerator didnt work and condiments for coffee was limited. The restaurant offered low quality dinner choices yet the price far exceeded the dinner quality.
