Location... And it was supposed to be a Hilton property.

Rough start... Elevators not working, bathroom and room size, shoddy construction.

It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, convent, the staff was great! Bed was excellent! Highly recommend!! Room was a bit small so if you have kids it may be a bit cramped! Probably better for a couple! We had a king room.

PAYING FOR PARKING IS REDICULOUS .. YOU ARE NOT IN A MAJOR METRO AREA WHERE YOU NEED TO PAY TO PARK!!!! I'M VERY MAD THAT WE HAD TO PAY 14 DOLLARS A DAY TO PARK.. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! I DID NOT LIKE THAT THEY DON'T PROVIDE A SMALL BREAKFAST.

Positives:
The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable! Convenient location, just 15-25 min from many great beaches. I highly recommend Crystal Cove for an easy paved walk overlooking the ocean, right next to Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.

The extra parking charge was a surprise but I may have missed it somewhere.

I was allocated a room at the fifth floor. The room was vibrating and a sound of working machinery is continuous. That was because of the air conditioning machines on the roof.
