No connecting rooms even though I pre-registered.
Ice machine not working was told by staff( just go to another floor) late at night.
All staff seemed to wear earbuds and you had to practically yell at them to get attention.
1/3 of the breakfast tables were painted in the dining area the night before a Sunday and no where to sit and eat your food.
