Negatives: I didnt like the fact that on Friday afternoon an employee opened my room door I had just came out the shower mind you I wasnt dressed. I went the front desk and asked why someone opened my room without knocking and this rude lady that claimed to be the manager said oh that was an accident and I said well I didnt appreciate that and she said I said it was an accident she didnt apologize for the mistake. The next morning during checkout she looked upset I was waiting for her so I can check out and I can hear her walking down the aisle saying just leave, just leave. It made me feel very uncomfortable the way her attitude was all I wanted was an apology but she made it seem like I was asking for too much.

Negatives: That reservations were wrong time wise

Negatives: I wish I knew there wasn't any shampoo. That might have been mentioned in the room description but I guess I assumed otherwise. I was going to pack some but couldn't find a small travel size bottle to use. The tub was clean but there was a dark grey film on the bottom that makes it look dirty. Magic eraser works well to remove that, from my professional experience. The outlet in the bathroom wasn't working and I couldn't connect to the Wi-fi, got a message that the connection wasn't secure and could not get it to connect, so I had to use my phone's hot spot. That was disappointing.

Negatives: All the semi trucks parked out back idling. It made it hard to sleep.
