Clean, seems like recently reconstructed. Enough space in the room, not overfurnished. Huge new fridge a microwave oven. Location.
Negatives:
Quite minimal and has an atmosphere more like an office rather than a cosy place to sleep. However, it is enough if you want just to stop by, eat your dinner and have a good night sleep.
