Clean, courtesy of all employees, & love the music outside, along with hot drinks 24/7! Breakfasts are good, too.

Not enuf supplies given. TP was low upon arrival, liquid hand soap was empty, as well as shampoo… empty.

It was dirty, carpet was sticky, bathroom full of mold and head boards were full of hand prints. Just very dingy room and outdated. I hated that parking the parking wasn't free and for disabled too. Food was terrible and disgusting.

My stay was to be close to Loma Linda University Medical Center for surgery early morning the next day. This Holiday Inn was close in proximity.

Comfortable and adequate
Positives:
The breakfast was everything my husband wanted and liked. I couldn't eat because of hospital procedures. He said the food was very taste and and everything you could want for a filling and good breakfast was there waiting to put on your plate.
Negatives:
I spent some time in the loby reading and it was COLD. Also would have liked 1 more chair in room.. My husband sat in the only chair and I had to sit on the bed to watch TV.

I hate the parking fees. You need remove it. It is annoyed because once you book the hotel you're still charged for parking. I hate that kind of service, or hidden fees.
