I had fleas in my room 244. Horrible experience with biting my legs. The bartender was so unaware of any customers and you had to ask for something from someone else to get it.

The feas bitting my legs and the horrible service at the bar. Wont go back to that ever unless they fix those things.

My drivers license expired on my birthday September 23 and I was able to check in no problem with the paper ID from the DMV but then when I had to find my keys I went down to ask for a key and they demanded to see a picture ID and basically made me feel like I wasnt welcome there followed me all the way up to my room demanding a photo ID which I didnt have because it expired. Then they finally give me my keys and I come back later to try to check in and my daughter into her room and they tell me that they dont accept my credit card all of a sudden So booking charged me for a room I wasnt able to check in to. I will not be going back.

Super clean! Great location if you are skydiving at Santa Barbara. The Staff was beyond great in every aspect and the Room was beautiful. We also had dinner which was amazing! Highly recommend.
