After Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Nothing, staff was rude and one of the rooms was undone and they expected guests to make the beds.

Negatives: Everything, the rooms were not clean. Beds were not made properly. Even tho it’s a non smoking facility the minute you walk in it smells like weed. Staff were also not helpful and rude when checking in.

Positives: The staff was rude, after I checked in, they had to fix the air-conditioning in the room, and there were cockroaches.

Negatives: My room should’ve been ready, and they had to come in and fix the air conditioning, plus there were cockroaches in the room. It was very dirty.
