The pool area and out door seating was nice

The staff was not understanding although initially upon check in the front clerk was nice. But that changed. She told us that we’d be staying in a room with a pull out couch and that was a lie. The breakfast was cold and over cooked. The staff accused the kids of being noisey the first and harassed them at three times. It turned out to be coming from about her room. I was disappointed by the rudeness of the night staff
