I liked the terrace room however it was very expensive therefore I should have liked it.
Negatives:
I didn’t enjoy my stay from May 17-19 because the hotel service was poor and the staff was not friendly nor accommodating. I checked into my room however once I got to my floor which was the 14th floor the key to get into the room did not work. I used the phone in the hallway to call for assistance and I was told someone would be up to help in 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes I called again and they said someone will be up in a couple of minutes. After 35 minutes of standing in front of my hotel room door with all my luggage I went down to the front and was told that I was given the wrong set of room keys because they recently changed there keys and who ever gave me the card key must have forgot. They had no intentions of coming up to help and when I asked for any complimentary options due to there mistake, I was given one free glass of wine or beer however when I asked for a second complimentary drink because my significant other had been waiting as well I was told no. During my stay I called up to the front desk multiple times asking for an extra blanket and never received a blanket. I had to hunt down a house keeping staff to ask for one since I wasn’t being accommodated. The specific room I paid for had little to know light which was very strange at night and the hotel was very outdated, with popcorn ceilings, and duplicate art pieces on the walls. The location is decent. I enjoyed being close to the Long Beach arena as that is where I needed to go over the weekend however the hotel is right next to a freeway on ramp and one way streets that make it confusing and difficult to get to and get around. I was also shocked that I paid so much money at this hotel to not be accommodated or provided with complimentary breakfast or other complimentary options due to having a bad experience with in my first hour of being there and because I am a hilton’s honors member. I will not be staying at this location in the future and I would not recommend it.

Went for a night before my cruise. Excellent service amenities, convenience, location, transport. For a 1 night stay we usually pick a cheap hotel, but the shuttle was more convenient. We were reminded why you pay the higher price, all the extras make it worth it.

Great customer service, great location, we rented the golf carts, so we could site seeing and go get some food. I love the full size tub in the bathroom.
Negatives:
When we got back off the cruise we had to wait a little while for our room. But the lady at the front desk asked me if I would like to change from king size bed to two queen beds so that was great idea. But it worked out well.

The rooms. From the advertising, I was under the impression that the bathrooms had a stand alone shower, not shower/tub combo. There was hair in the tub and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned on the interior. Like it was a ring of blackness under the toilet lid. Also the area is a little suspect. A huge homeless community so be safe

It was convenient to where we were going, which was on a cruise in Long Beach.
Negatives:
The restaurant was subpar. The food was not very good. My sister had to return her dish twice before they got it right and it was a very long time between the service and getting our food didn’t appreciate it.
