The housekeeping staff are horrible. Room smelled of smoke front desk lady gave me a dysfuncted bottle to spray the commercial in the room to get ride of the smell instead of housekeeping coming to service the room. The room was dusty. We

My room was clean, the area to relax was nice.

The staff services were too busy trying to cater to the events the hotel had and not people that were on vacation. Ice machine not working on floors, the elevator barely worked. The bars were horrible, bartender was rude and not accommodating.

It was beautiful & up to par! Great staff, great energy and the pillows are always my favorite at Hilton hotels.
