who cleaned the room on Sunday May 12. I arranged for cleaning with and called it days before, for Sunday May 12.
May 12, I misplaced and lost my watch while in the room, could not find it, thought i lost it, but the best part is whoever cleaned the room found the watch and left it by the TV. Housekeeping staff was so honest that even though it was a Rolex watch, she left it in the room. I asked front desk if she can find out who cleaned the room May 12, I wanted to thank her personally, but they could not trace it. Can you please acknowledge and reward this employee staff of yours for her honesty and kindness? Thank you!
Negatives:
Door of bathroom and closet access difficult at times. Furniture (sofabed) looks like can be refreshed or replaced with newer ones. Carpet edges near bathroom and ? kitchen frayed and untidy looking. Phone in the room was not working day one, had to call service and had to be replaced, Service tech who came was very efficient, prompt and able to resolve immediately. Phones should have scheduled checks.

First time staying at Homewood Suites. The room was spacious. Breakfast was a plus. It was a last-minute reservation while traveling from Arizona.
Negatives:
I wasn't Abe to get a good late check out. I had been driving over 11 hours and needed rest. I got 30 minutes, which helped, but they were sold out!

Great location for an early flight home
Negatives:
I had a family emergency and changed our flight to Sunday. I contacted booking and also the hotel about the possibility of a refund the week before and each party told me the other had to approve it. In the end, Booking and the Hilton let the clock expire without having the courtesy of giving a yes or no.
