Great location for an early flight home
Negatives:
I had a family emergency and changed our flight to Sunday. I contacted booking and also the hotel about the possibility of a refund the week before and each party told me the other had to approve it. In the end, Booking and the Hilton let the clock expire without having the courtesy of giving a yes or no.
