It was clean and close to the venue for my mothers wedding

The internet was not working the entire time. Staff lied and said someone was fixing it. The chair in our room broke. We had to pay for parking and then the parking lot was full and we were told our car would get towed if left in guest parking by the office. The staff acted like none of this should have been an inconvenience.

Noise levels from the PCH and other guests are constant. Before I stayed here I read a review about loud kids and parties at night being a problem but figured they were a situational, one-off experience. Uh, no. It was clear to me that the party that started at 1:30am was a regular event. I could hear every word of their conversation. I’m sure even the office staff could hear the noise and they did nothing about it.
