When we walked in the hotel, we were not greeted at all. There were 3 individuals behind the counter, 2 of which just looked at us, and then Shawn asked if he could help us. Shawn was nice and helpful. We were staying for one night since we were going on a cruise the following day. The shower was nice and big. The beds were uncomfortable for my liking. For the price I would not stay here again.

I advised the hotel that we’re celebrating our anniversary and we walked in to rose petals on the floor and the bed! Very nice touch!

The area was nice, other than the homeless crazy people or druggie hitting up on the street right there.
Negatives:
The room was overly priced and the only parking is offsite. Apparently the rates change depending what's going on and the staff wasn't clear about that at all.
Also found BLACK MOLD IN MULTIPLE AREAS OF THE ROOM WITH ME ESPECIALLY THE SHOWER. DISGUSTING. I even did the wipe down check to see if the rest of the room was gross and of course absolutely dirty!!!!
