Positives: When I arrived, I asked about any AX benefits or hotel rewards. While I am a member of your rewards program, admittedly, I'm not a very active member. Even though this was the case, the gentleman who checked me in kindly moved me to a higher floor with a fantastic view. It really made a difference in my stay. Thank you!

Negatives: The actual shower could have been a bit cleaner. Also, upon entering the first time, the room was extremely warm. I simply turned down the thermostat, but thought it was worth mentioning. Lastly, the "cooler" in the room. It would have been nice if this was an actual refrigerator. Luckily I had ice packs and used ice for my items.

Positives: Staff was very friendly, location was great for the concert! Nice room with a view!

Negatives: Bottleneck at the corridor to elevators was a bit annoying. $45 per day to park on top of a fairly high room rate seemed excessive. With what we paid in fees on the room, parking should have been included. Late night food was understaffed for big concert weekend. Late night room service - non existent.
