Negatives: No fridge, TV reception was bad (would glitchout every 20 minutes or so while watching ). Didn't spend too much time in room fortunately. A littles worried about refillable bottles of product in shower (considering guests could mess with them). Second year in a row they "forgot " to call me when my room was ready - I arrive early for convention next door.(no need for early checkin since I'll be nexr door. They had rooms ready but would charge for early check in - I stated just call me whenever room is ready. I finally called at 330pm and they said oh it's ready.. must have been a glitch??(same as last yr same scenario)
