The view, proximity to the waterfront and aquarium. The comfort level and room design and amenities were quite nice.
Negatives:
The food service. The cafe/bar in the lobby was way too easily overwhelmed to the point it was a 40 minute wait for a salad. This may have been related to the fact that it was the evening of the 4th of July…or not.

Really stretching to find something, but if I had to pick one thing it would be that my mocha and my wife’s vanilla latte were wayyy too sweet. Didn’t have time for them to remake it, so I just went with it. Not a big deal

The checkin and lobby were good, I like the new kitchen and drinks in the lobby.
There are lots of restaurants across the street and along the harbor. Easy to walk to.
Negatives:
Deteriorating finishes in elevator, hallways, bathroom is very tight and I gouged my arm on the bathroom door handle. I would like to see this hotel remodeled with a bigger bath and entry area. This decor is from 1993. The owners obviously don't inspect this property. I think you should contact them and suggest a complete makeover.

Location and staff were phenomenal! Cristal, Litto and JB took care of every question we had and provided more than excellent customer service.
Negatives:
We stayed in a double bed room and the beds were quite hard and not very comfortable by the 3rd night.

No fridge, TV reception was bad (would glitchout every 20 minutes or so while watching ). Didn't spend too much time in room fortunately. A littles worried about refillable bottles of product in shower (considering guests could mess with them). Second year in a row they "forgot " to call me when my room was ready - I arrive early for convention next door.(no need for early checkin since I'll be nexr door. They had rooms ready but would charge for early check in - I stated just call me whenever room is ready. I finally called at 330pm and they said oh it's ready.. must have been a glitch??(same as last yr same scenario)
