Check in was very easy and the concierge was very polite and attentive.
The room was really big and open.
Negatives:
The parking can get full if you arrive late. I had to park my car in a weird corner that was a little hard to get out of in the morning.
The plugs were too worn out to the point that when I would try to plug in my phone to charge the charger would fall out. I had to put my phone to charge in the bathroom.

Staying at your location was my first time at a motel. I wasn't really sure what to expect. My responses are tempered with that context. I asked a friend if it was normal, and they shared that a clean, safe room is great. Amenities should not necessarily be expected.
Negatives:
Outside 'night window' intake was a bit lengthy and uncomfortable, but given the location, it is understandable.

Perfect stay for a convention...

The person that checked us in was kind, and courteous! He answered all our questions, and made us feel safe and welcome. I would def stay here again. The room was nice and clean as well. The area was close enough to the Long Beach Convention Center, our destination for the weekend.
Negatives:
The parking situation was a bit difficult. When we came back at night the lot was full. We did manage to park in the lot, but in a spot that was tech not a spot to park in. I did notice when I showered there was water that spilled on the floor. I wasn't sure if that was my mistake or a faulty tub.
