There is nothing to love about this hotel

Bad service, no treatment from the hotel employees for the customers, no phone answer from the room! Poor breakfast, the hotel charges the customer twice for the same reservation claiming that the double charge will be canceled after a few days! Very late room reception! After 06:00 pm, the hotel staff is not courteous at all.

Fraud: the hotel charges the credit card before arriving at the hotel, during check-in the hotel charges the credit card again on the grounds that the first charge was only for saving a frame on the grounds that after that the double charge would be cancelled! In addition, the hotel charges 150 dollars per room for security! The payment should be canceled after check out, but several days have already passed and still the double charge for the rooms and security has not been canceled and in the meantime the credit limit is full with double the amount of the reservation plus 150 dollars. Bad service and the rooms were delivered after 06:00 PM

A hotel in a bad location, really far from anywhere! Service staff below all criticism, poor quality breakfast!! And the worst thing is that the hotel cheats the customers! I arrived after a 20 hour flight when I booked only one room for a couple with a child, the hotel surprised me with a room upgrade and gave me another room with two extra double beds, only to finally realize that the hotel owed me two rooms! All my attempts to explain that this is a scam have failed!!! The hotel manager's response was I will check and get back to you with an answer!! Of course I didn't get an answer and every other inquiry I made was answered with a smile and a request to wait for an answer! Of course, no answer was received but the passing of time until we had to leave the hotel!! A real shame and fraud! Along with me at the reception were other guests who complained about bad service. I can add here that rooms of other guests in the hotel were accepted at 18:30 in the evening because they were not ready. you have been warned!! Do not go near this hotel

You definitely need to have separate room availability for people wanting a clean, fresh smelling accommodation - free of pet odors. Unfortunately, the room had an overwhelming odor of “dog” scent on the furniture and in the carpeting. For people with allergies, asthma, and other breathing difficulties, this is a major issue. We will need to rethink our stays with the IHG hotels group if pets continue to be a primary “customer” and alternate rooms free of pet odors are not available for rent.

Please see above for the issues discussion. Proximity to the airport was excellent. Breakfast and the social hour were very good as well. But due to the pet “problem”, our stay was neither a comfortable nor healthy experience.
