Negatives: Bad service, no treatment from the hotel employees for the customers, no phone answer from the room! Poor breakfast, the hotel charges the customer twice for the same reservation claiming that the double charge will be canceled after a few days! Very late room reception! After 06:00 pm, the hotel staff is not courteous at all.
