The food in the Promenade Cafe was great, as well as the atmosphere. I enjoyed the Observation Bar as well.
There is a lot to explore so one can burn off their meal.

An icon venue for an overnight stay at Long Beach. So much history aboard the RMS Queen Mary. Our State Room was warm and clean. Very comfortable beds.

The ship itself is beautiful. Everything inside was so amazing. I definitely can't wait to go back.

my only complaint would be that since we drove 4 hours, we were definitely hungry, and nothing on the ship was open to grab something to eat, the bar was open but only had 2 item on the menu for us to choose from.

Didn't get to stay the night as. I was approached upon checking additional fees without notice and a $100 deposit and charged for parking as I wasn't a V.P guest which wasn't stated or optional upon making the reservation. Was treated as a third party guest. No welcoming introduction of "The Queen Mary Hotel". First statement was "do you have a reservation?". Hotel hospitality isn't was it used to be, which was courtesy & humble & respectful no matter who comes through those doors. I am VERY disappointed, as this was suppose to have a memorable moment with my mother who is 67 years of age, & trying to do her best with intaking the mannerisms of today's customer services. Look forward to a response integards to process of this situation that sadly happened.

Safety was definitely on my mind as I brought my 67 year old mother who has bad knees and with the un-stablizationof the walk way causes her to loose her balance. Worries me to know she can't walk on her own if she wanted too, she can very much has the capability of doing so when it's safely leveled, & secondly was the staff's ability to assist my mothers two ESAs who both ate certified under the "USAAA" & was told to pay a $75 dollar fee for each one. Never in my life of working with ESA licensed animals have they had to pay a fee. There is much needed attention into this matter, as we are interested into requesting a refund as we did stay for less than 10 mins due to the misleading information on FEEs & was still charged the $100 deposit which I had to wait a week to get back. VERY DISSAPIONTED as we traveled 553 miles for an experience that now became a SHOCK!
