I usually love staying at the Westin in Anaheim and I thought this would be the same. Long Beach Westin was nothing like that. Dirty Carpet, Shower wasn’t working and just over all cleanliness was not there.

Positives:
The Westin Long Beach offers a nice gym, a convenient coffee and breakfast shop, and is well-located for catching the Passport bus to the cruise port. The room was comfortable overall.
Negatives:
The room had a musty smell, and it's unclear how the hotel manages cleanliness in pet-friendly areas, particularly with wet carpets. The unexpected destination fee was frustrating—it wasn’t disclosed during booking, and although it could be offset with purchases, we had unknowingly prepaid it, which made us feel misled.

The view was very nice, had a small view to the beach, which was pleasant, and the staff was very friendly, and accommodating. For the price I guess you get what you get.

What I didn't like is that the rooms had stains on the carpet and the box spring covers, the glass tables looked like they haven't been properly cleaned, and honestly looked kinda gross.
