Requested towels three times before we got any, since the room hasn’t been cleaned, yet before check in you are asked if we wanted to have room cleaned. Not sure why the run around
Staff was over zealous explaining everything they offer and location of things which is great but unfortunately everyone was speaking a thousand words a minute at check in and you don’t get any of it. Lol

We stayed on the 7th floor. Our room had many carpet stains and there were some insects in the bathroom. There was a wedding that lasted 3 days and 2 of those nights we endured loud thumping music til midnight. Tried to switch rooms but the hotel was full. Our room could do with a deep clean. Also didn’t like that our room was not cleaned everyday- you had to request that but was not given that info. The front desk staff and the bar/restaurant staff were great. Also the windows in the hotel rooms and hallways needed to be cleaned.

At check-in, I was road weary and exhausted and Kasia was welcoming, kind and truly amazing. So grateful for the beautiful greeting and hospitality provided…employees like that are few and far between and very special.
