Positives:
Proximity to where I needed to be.
Negatives:
I changed rooms once, as the initial room was old w/ zero amenities (i.e. no drinking water in the room and the light switch did not work). The second room, had a pungent sewer smell coming from the bathroom, even though it was on the 6th flr.
Positives:
Good bar. Good bar food. Restaurant open.
Negatives:
One tiny soap bar for four day stay.

The room was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable. I was there for less then 24hours, I don't have much to say.

Positives:
The hotel was great. Location with markets close by. rooms were spacious and atmosphere very relaxing. I enjoyed my stay there. Pool side room with a patio was a great place to have coffee or snacks.
Negatives:
My only disappointment was at the time of check in. when I presented the booking.com booking the guy at the reception asked me for Crown plaza confirmation number. I said I only had booking.com confirmation to which his response was "Sorry friend I can't help you. This was quite shocking after a 11 hour flight. Luckily the lady on the counter was much more helpful, she took the booking from me and was able to find my booking in the system. I don't remember her name but I owe her a great thank you!

Great place to stay in Palo alto.
Positives:
The pool is the reason to stay here.
Negatives:
Like at many other hotels, I was given a run around about the room type and eventually was able to get an actual poolside room. The chair didnt have cushions, the room carpet and walls were dirty and the wallpaper was coming off the wall. Mold.
