The hotel had a nice appearance and was clean. Even the shower was really clean which is something you don't always see with hotels in this range.
Negatives:
I think the room setups are so that the wall where your bed is is right up against the wall where the next room's tv is. This was really frustrating as I ended up waking up around 2am because next door started playing their tv loud.
Also, when I chose the room it said "City View". The view I got was that of the parking lot and the building right across from us facing east. Definitely not an accurate description and this was pretty upsetting.

Location was good and the rooftop was beautiful. The room itself was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the bathroom the most - they have Korres products and a lot of counter space.
Negatives:
The staff member service could be a lot better. When I checked in, they said I had free breakfast included in my stay. The night before breakfast, I called the front desk to ask for breakfast times and then they said I didn't have free breakfast anymore. A few minutes later, they said I did.
The next morning when I went down for breakfast, they said I was never told I would have breakfast included even though I was told twice now. Overall lack of communication and consistency.

We arrived about 10:30pm and took room and slept immediately because we had 7 hours drive from San F
Around 4:00am the air condition stopped cooling the room so I talked to the front desk and and the gentleman told me that he can not do anything because the maintenance team was not available at this late time and he can not change the room for me either because I’ve spent few hours without complaining !!!!
I told him that the air condition just stopped cooling and he kept saying that I should have complained earlier and I can wait few hours until 11:00 am when I check out !!!
I told him that I have the right to spend these remaining hours in a cool room and I told him that I know my rights and I am a member in Marriott club since maybe before he was born and he got upset and said that humiliated him and he can call the police and ask them to kick me out of the hotel !!
So called the police myself and when I was waiting on hold the maintenance man came to me and talked to me nice and solved the problem in the AC.
This was my the worst experience ever !!!
I complained at the front desk at checkout.

Room was big, clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also fairly modern. Liked the view from the pool area and bar on 11th floor.
Negatives:
Was quite noisy, could hear TV and people in other rooms. The pool is not what I expected, it was just a plunge pool and wasn't advertised as such. Pool was still nice to go in though.
