Said pet friendly (IT?S NOT) we got to our room at 11pm & when we got up to the room (with our 5 kids & dog) the phone was ringing back to back. They were throwing us out. I showed the lady the booking page & she said no they ?just? changed the policy.

Confortable beds and pillows. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was good
Negatives:
Bathroom too tight, it hardly fits a 6 ft person in the toilet and shower. Shower had no door. Didnt have an anti slip mat making it dangerous. The switches for the ambient lights were not signaled and were hard to find after a night out.

We had a clogged and overflowing toilet. The staff gave us a plunger and to fix ourselves, but it worsened. We were denied access to an alternative restroom, were promised a plumber the next morning, but received no help. We had no access to a restroom!
