I recently stayed at Burton House and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel booked our room right next to the electrical room, and the noise was unbearable. The loud humming and vibrations were constant throughout the night, making it impossible for us to get any sleep.
We informed the staff about the issue, and accept to move us to another room at midnight.
It's shocking that a hotel would place guests in a room with such obvious noise issues. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy sleepless nights!

The rooms are exceptional. Very comfy beds. Very comfortable and large rooms. Very good location- 15 mins walk to Rodeo Drive and shops, close to cafes, very good price for the location and I felt safe as a solo traveller. Also free bottles of water was a plus.
