Protesters were really noisy.. we book hotel for vacation and relax and unfortunately they woke us up at 7 am, than they continued protesting for the whole afternoon (screaming, drums, protesting) this was not acceptable.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. First off, they charged us double the deposit amount for each night, and it's been a month with no sign of the refund. That's incredibly frustrating.
Their policy of forcing guests to spend $32 from their deposit or forfeit it altogether is bizarre and unfair. It feels like they're taking advantage of guests.
On top of that, the receptionist was rude during check-in and insisted I pay extra just to get a room on the top floor. Not the kind of hospitality you expect when you're paying to stay somewhere.
There are plenty of other options available with similar prices. Save yourself the trouble and choose somewhere else to stay.
