I LOVED how close everything was! The location was perfect and had everything we needed right outside from the Crypto.com to a shopping center down the street. This was our first experience at LA LIVE and we had so much fun!! Well be back!

The location of the hotel was perfect. I was able to enjoy a scenic night walk and feel safe asking the areas. The staff were also very attentive. Even though I only stayed for a few nights, but guest service always came to ask if I needed room service.

It is very nice. You get slippers to keep and a soft robe to wear during your stay. If you have an event at Crypto or LA Live, you can just walk across the street. Location is great and near the freeway.It has spacious rooms and comfortable.

The hotel is across the street from LA live, rooms are clean, spacious and beds are comfortable. They had robes and slippers for use.

The parking fee is way too expensive and valet is all that is available. There is other parking close by but valet parking should NEVER be $$55.00!!!!

The best part was the hotel room was clean and welcoming. The only problem was parking.

Parking - there should be an opinion for hotel guest to self park in the parking lot or to valet. The hotel should also provide an area for self parking without any additional fee. Mandatory $50 fee plus tax to park is ridiculous.

The key cards consistently de activated on me , causing delays in getting to my room on multiple occasions during my 4 day stay. Everything seemed dirty in the room, Shower was dripping all night onto the tile floor , it was so loud you could hear all night while in the bed. The rooms get very stuffy, you cannot open any windows.
My overall experience at this hotel was what I would expect from a $60 a night room hotel in the worst part of LA
