Negatives: The elevators were the only issue, but with the age I’m sure it’s to be expected

Negatives: I was not explained how the bed arrangements worked, I just placed my neck pillow on an empty bed, when I came back my pillow was go e and it turns out, I had been assigned another bed, and I had no idea.

Negatives: The bar on the rooftop it needs more work

Negatives: The Wifi was very slow and kept on disconnecting and I wish there was a kettle and microwave in the room but besides that, I have no complaints at all.

Negatives: Actually everything is good nothing to complaint about

Negatives: There was only a very thin blanket so I got pretty cold

Negatives: To the point: this hotel does not care about the comfort of hostel guests, and much of what you see in the pictures isn't available for them. Hostel room was smaller than pictured. The bed didn't have a top sheet, just a scratchy worn out thin blanket, and the room smelled like clothes after a night at a smokey bar, even after housekeeping cleaned. There were not privacy curtains between the bed and room and because the room was narrower than advertised, this meant other guests are practically in the lower bunks when accessing lockers. Shower amenities in the pictures aren't available in hostel rooms. Also, the electricity at my bunk didn't work through most of the night, so I woke up to a phone only at 50% charge. If that was intentional, there should be a warning so that you can plan appropriately. If you look through comments like this, the manager responds with "It sounds like you wanted our private room!" So we actually did upgrade to one of those for our second night, and the plumbing in the shower made it clear that these rooms aren't frequently maintained. But the water was hot and the pressure was good, considering the water was coming out of multiple places.
