Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Sunday, Sep 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Sep 8th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Sep 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Sep 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Please note thtat smoking is prohibited at the property. Hotel Figueroa is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. By this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors provided by NoiseAware in its rooms. NoiseAware is a smart device that allows hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book.
