The property itself was amazing! ALL of the staff (every dept) was absolutely amazing. Giuseppe at the front desk, Hec at valet, the bartenders, cleaning staff, servers, ALL. We would def stay again. I am in fact a regular degular patron but they didn’t make me feel like one.
Negatives:
Outside on the corner of the location there was a group of males soliciting (donations) but when I declined they didn’t bother again but at first encounter it felt uncomfortable.

I've stayed here for years during trips to LA and love this hotel's location (2 blocks from 110 entrance ramps) which seems to put it a short, 15-20 minute drive from wherever I want to go. Large rooms/bathrooms are also a big plus at this mid-tier price point.
Negatives:
My room was definitely looking worse for wear this trip and it may be time for an overall refresh at this Indigo location. Noticeable wear marks on the floor, the ghosts of stains on the sofa that cleaning can no longer fully remove, the "leather" base of the bed was torn up in a few spots with the white cushioned filling beneath it popping out, a creaky and wobbly desk chair. Also, I was charged nightly for a series of taxes and fees that I had already paid through Booking.com, and while the hotel did issue a prompt refund later, I had to send them a copy of my hotel receipt, my Booking.com contract and an explanation that justified how I had been overcharged. This all takes time and they should just get the billing right in the first place--especially when I've pre-paid my stay!
