The room was great. Location was good. The front desk team were terrific, very accommodating.

Food was a bit expensive for the quality. The lack of coffee after 9AM was concerning. The front/side of the hotel was the worst part of the stay. Drugs being used/sold was alarming, didn't feel safe walking around outside the property.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was able to accomodate me at check-in and provided a room that had two queen beds. When I requested items staff responded quickly and they were very polite.
Negatives:
It was nice that the hotel had a convenience store in the lobby to purchase snacks and drinks but they were a bit expensive. A bottle of water was $6.

I booked this hotel for my birthday and told the front desk staff every time I called (I called 3 times trying to secure early check-in which was a disaster) that I booked it because I wanted to enjoy their roof top pool. When we arrived, we learned that they were hosting a big party at the pool (the pool is very small), there were no chairs left and no sitting space in the sun. We went back to our room and called the front desk to ask if we could arrange for late check-out so we could enjoy the pool the next day. They said they couldn't guarantee it, and if they could, they would charge us $45 for late check out. This was all after their customer service talked me into signing up for their IHG rewards program so I could easily secure early check-in, late check-out, and collect points (which I learned I was also not eligible for because I booked through a 3rd party).
