The hotel is near the Peacock Theater, LA Live, and the convention center. The housekeeping did an amazing job; the room was comfy, and I had a nice view on the 18th floor.
Negatives:
At night, the fire alarm went off in my room. There was smoke in the hallway. When we tried to exit, the doors to the hallway next to the elevator were closed and blocked. The fire alarm is going off, and a huge camera and a crew are blocking the exit. As we tried to exit, I was questioned if I was a guest, and only after I said yes was I let through to pass. I had to squeeze through the door, the camera crew, and their equipment. When I finally reached the front desk, I asked them about the fire alarm; they said it was okay. Then I told them about the blocked hallway, and they dismissed the inconvenience. A manager resolved the issue by the time we returned to the hotel. So, if you're looking for a hotel to stay and relax, this is not the place. I would never return because guest are not a top priority over their filming studio hotel.

Area absolutely awful. There’s an Indigo hotel where I live and I stayed in one in Paris. This hotel was nothing even close to the Paris one which was really disappointing. Staff at check in absolutely awful.

Awesome Interior Design! Love the colors, seating are comfortable, lights are perfectly ambient, food at the resto in the lobby..waiters/servers were great! Bar very attentive!
Negatives:
The checkin person was not super welcoming and cheerful. Very mediocre. Referred to the scan code when asked about times, pools, gym access instead of just answering quickly so i don’t have to bring out my phone to find put while there already face to face. Besides that everything was efficient.
