We went to Los Angeles as a group of 12 people. Since September 9, the hotel has not returned my deposit for 4 rooms. It has also stopped responding to messages. What is important in this story is that we returned the rooms in good order, settling all payments. The hotel is nice, but the staff needs to be replaced.

Positives:
The room itself was big and very comfortable. Early check in was a bonus, and the quiet and relaxed pool was a great find.
Negatives:
The location wasn’t ideal as it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and didn’t feel comfortable walking around as it felt a bit dodgy. If you are in a bigger group it would be fine but for solo travel not ideal. The restaurant on site was also a let down for dinner - spend your money somewhere else.

Did not get the advertised free welcome drink that is listed as part of amenities.
Pool advertised as heated but felt pretty cold, not much space.
Strange service for lunch on 5th floor. Felt disorganized and random.
