Total disaster. Room was painted smell made my eyes red. The front desk changed my room. They said every morning I need to let them know if I need room service. Guest parking was outrage. False advertising on breakfast. No room just a small table

When we got to the room the TV was on and no controls around. All the cabinets were open with chocolate on its hinges. The floor was dirty so it made feel uncomfortable about the bed we slept in….

Lost our reservation- woman at desk was rude- did not offer help or assistance- wanted to recharge us again saying it had been declined when it clearly had gone through- Breakfast that was advertised was not available- 2 mornings there was only bread - elevators not available or not working- was not told that pool was under renovation and would not be available

- The breakfast was a joke, just toasts with jam and coffee; on some days not even that due to reconstruction works
- The area around the hotel isn’t very pretty
- The hotel added around $60 of local taxes that were not listed by Booking
