La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham LAX

Negatives: The paid parking is not high enough, be careful when you book if your car would fit in there We had to park at the back on the street and we were worried all night if the car is safe. The personnel didn't seem to care if it was fine or knowing how high your car would be. The whole evening there was a smell of marijuana from some other room, you barely could sleep from the smell. Elevators are still being fixed. Breakfast is pathetic, not sure why they even offer breakfast.

Negatives: I booked online, the photos were nice. When I got there I was informed that parking at the property would cost an additional $40 per day. Im glad I had the money to pay the unexpected $180. It would have been nice to know that there was a parking fee. Our room smelled like urine. I went downstairs to ask why and they said it's because of the air conditioner. Deplorable and disgusting. I had to ask for new towels and washcloths constantly. No one ever came to clean the room even though I requested them to do so. I am a woman with a small child, the elevator was broken to get to the garage and I was instructed to go through a back sketchy stairway to get to my rental. The breakfast was subpar, they served the same thing every day we were there which was a week. Sausage patties, eggs, stale breakfast potatoes, and a cereal bar. I would never stay here again.

Negatives: Nothing!

Negatives: Noisy neighbors and continental breakfast was inadequate

Negatives: I chose the pay at the property option (the option you pay more for) and they tried to charge my card while i was on my flight there and it declined (because i keep it locked until i use it) and since it didn’t go through they instantly cancelled my reservation and wouldn’t let me pay it even though i told them the card was locked and to just try to run it again i would unlock it. Even though i wasn’t supposed to pay until i got there! 7 hours later! So i had to hurry and find a new hotel while on my flight from the other side of the country. Mind you i booked this stay over a month in advance. I have never had this issue in my life and i have been using booking and this same “pay at property” option for years!

Negatives: on my last day only one elevator was operational, and no explanation or signs visible.

Negatives: They need to do better on breakfast. Only starches offered such as waffles bread cereal

Negatives: At 630am I awoke to the sound of beating drums. I was on the 8th floor! Turns out there's some kind of feud going on with the hotel across the street and for the last several months a frigging band has been hired to play at 6am in front of their hotel!! Will not be staying in this area again until the drums stop -_-

Negatives: Could be noisy at night if you are a light sleeper due to main road

Negatives: The tap pressure was not great.
