Positives: The restaurant downstairs was amazing! The food is super good. I had the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and veggies, and my husband had the fried fish and French fries. We both loved it. Also the chocolate cake and ice cream was so yummy!
Negatives: The first thing I did not like was while we were on our plane that was delayed but still within check in time we received a voicemail saying that the hotel was sold out and they needed to have a payment method to charge to secure our room. I was very upset with this as I was on the plane and could not call back, and was anxious that I wouldn’t have a room when we landed. We booked with booking with free cancellation AND pay at the property so they had no right to be even calling asking for payment! I always book like this with booking and have never had an issue. The next thing is that there was no pool and no hot tub. That was the main reason along with the location on why we booked with them. They didn’t bother fixing the booking listing to inform us of this either. Therefore for the facilities offered the price was too high. We ended up having my uncle who was about an hour away from the area pick us up to stay with him at his house. I would not chose to stay here again.

Positives: **** BEWARE **** Front counter staff extremely rude unprofessional and clueless. Was moved twice due to no phone connection. Allows people to smoke marijuana in the rooms. Parking is 55 a night. Breakfast what breakfast?? Do not stay here at all. Never returning back.
Negatives: Everything. Not worth the price. There’s other hotels where you can feel safe. BUT NOT HERE

Positives: The hotel staff and security guards are all very nice here. The front desk staff has been extremely friendly, patient, and accommodating, especially with all the construction noise and remodeling going on. The ladies in housekeeping are sweet and they always have a smile and a nice word or two to exchange whenever I encounter them in the halls or on the elevator. The room was clean; the bed is comfortable, and my boyfriend and I slept well; the temperature and water pressure in the shower is great; the WiFi has a strong, solid connection; and I was delighted to discover the laundry facilities on the 6th floor (however, there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers; the machines don’t take quarters, so you need to download an app); the location was decent: approx 10 mins from LAX, as well as Starbucks, Subway, and a couple gas stations within walking distance.
Negatives: We checked in late at night, and around 5am the next morning, we were abruptly awakened to the sound of people protesting outside. This went on for over an hour and a half, and we couldn’t even see who was protesting, much less understand what they were chanting. The protesting resumed once more mid-afternoon and carried on for over an hour. The snacks in the lobby are outrageously expensive! For one Arizona iced tea and a 6-pack of Hostess donuts, the cost was $11!!! When the young man behind the front desk gave me the total, I thought I misheard him. Everywhere else, Arizona iced tea is almost always 99 cents and Hostess donuts are usually like $2-4! Needless to say, I passed on the snacks. Despite the awesome temp and water pressure in the shower, there’s no where to set one’s shampoo, conditioner, razor, shaving cream, etc aside from a very small shelf in the corner that can fit maybe one bar of soap. The toiletries that are provided are kind of weak sauce too, and I’d suggest bringing your own. The elevator situation is also frustrating, and there’s usually only 1 out of 3 working. We stayed on the 10th floor, so we often had to wait for several minutes for a lift to come to the top floor. Despite these fairly minor complaints, we would definitely stay here again.

Negatives: Breakfast didn’t start until 7:00 so we couldn’t get it before our flight. Parking fee was outrageous and was not included or even estimated when we made the booking. Parking was 40% of the cost of the room. That’s ridiculous!

Negatives: No pool, no gym staff is unfriendly. Breakfast was horrible. on fourth floor construction. waited for shuttle a hour and 20 minutes ended up taking a taxi ! I will definitely not return to dislocation

Negatives: The hallways were a bit run down and the elevator cabs had pieces of arborite facing broken off, giving this property a poor first impression. Also, breakfast was very minimal - 1 two slot toaster meant there was a continuous queue for people toasting bread.
