Everything was lovely. The staff was great. It was clean.
Negatives:
The room was great but we had some plumbing issues. They were corrected immediately. The shower heads however would not stay in place. I also could not believe how much it was to park daily. It was an extra expense I was not happy paying.

Positives:
The apartments are nicely furnished and the views of downtown LA are great! We really enjoyed the pool area which has a Iarge pool and jacuzzi and lots of lounge areas. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay.
Negatives:
The jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there, so there was a line of green scum along the edge of the jacuzzi tub. Most times we went to the pool area there were no clean towels — you had to find someone to get you a towel. The floor in our condo had some gummy substance stuck to it in places; I was able to get it off by scrubbing it. We’ve stayed here before, and this time the cleanliness wasn’t as great. But we enjoyed our stay overall.

Positives:
The pool and patio area were absolutely fantastic. The hot tub especially. The on site open air cinema was brilliant too.
The apartment was well equipped and clean.
Negatives:
The location - dangerous to go out and about on foot especially with children.
The shower in our apartment wasn’t working properly for 3 of the 5 days of our stay and despite reporting it twice it wasn’t fixed so only one out for the 4 in our party could have a shower. Everyone else had to use the communal showers by the pool which wasn’t really acceptable.
